Dwarves

Dwarves are a race of smaller humanoids, often averaging around 4 feet in height. Although they are small, they're also considerably dense and able to withstand a substantial amount of damage. For the most part, they only inhabit Mazmaturia.

Environment

Dwarves are one of the earliest races known to exist on Kiesalhima, and for a long time, they were the native humanoids to inhabit the land. However, when humans came to Kiesalhima, they were pushed further south. They now inhabit Mazmaturia, the frozen south, where the land is so harsh that very few races are able to survive there. It's quite rare for dwarves to travel outside of these lands, and this is largely due to the way they're treated by other races.

Relationships With The Races

Because of Dwarves' small stature, they're often treated poorly by outside races, especially humans. Humans are known for treating dwarves like children, and even using them for forced labor. However, they also bicker about them being poor at these tasks, because they're naturally clumsey, and don't like to bathe, which the other races find offensive. This has soured most dwarves' opinion of outsiders, though, Dortin wagers, if the tables were turned, dwarves would feel the same way about humans, just for opposite reasons.
