Overview

Basic Details

The McCready Mansion looks like a mansion remodeled, and doubles as the McCready Classroom residence. It's located far from the bustling downtown region of Taphrem, and contains a spacious 43 rooms. The majority of the house is kept spotless, with plants only placed in areas that'll receive sunlight (as Tish has expressed how sad plants seem when they're in the shade.) Some of these plants are noted to be in white planters with gold trim.

Overall Exterior Layout

The exterior of the home is surrounded by a large wall with an iron gate, which has rows of trees planted just inside the gate to keep passerbys from seeing the grounds of the home. A nearby hill with trees lining the top serves as a windbreak. The home also has covered terraces. The windows facing the front are designed with patterned glass, with the mansion as a whole designed to face North. Narrow pathways around the premesis helps to keep people from peeking into the yard.

Courtyard

One of the corridors leads out through the courtyard, along a sheltered path with an overhead roof. The courtyard itself is located between two buildings and doubles as a playground, containing white benches and tables alongside a man-made pond. The courtyard itself is enormous, roughly the size as a school yard, being twice as large as the back yard of the property.

Spare Livingroom

The spare livingroom has a decorative fireplace and is decorated with all manner of strange ornaments, including bizarre coat hangers, hand figurines, and unused furniture. The table of the room is covered in imitation tiger fur.

Leticia's Study

Leticia's study, contrary to the rest of the house, is coated in dust and heaping with documents and various papers. So much so that it's all over the floor, and stacks often collapse. This is due to her having to process important documents for the Tower, which she can't exactly have her janitors able to review. Whether or not this is an excuse is another matter entirely. Outside the window is one of the tree windbreaks, which blocks some of the light coming through.

Detached Home

Leticia's mansion has a small detached home, which was built much later than the main building. It's a three-bedroom apartment used primarily for housing her students.

Detached Store Room

A second detached building is located on the property, and is used for general storage.

Orphen's Room

In spite of the fact that Orphen and Azalie never returned full-time to the mansion, Leticia had decorated a room for them. Orphen's room is filled with expensive furnishings, with a clock on the desk that she'd bought him for his birthday years ago. An eastern woven carpet is situated on the floor with a mirror on the opposite side of the room from the bed.
